This program is open to all registered users of BODEWRK (both Clients and Providers).
BODEWRK reserves the right to activate, deactivate, or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
Reward Structure:
Eligibility for Reward: The referral must occur within 30 days of the referee's signup. The program must be active, within the program dates, and the total number of signups must be less than 100. If required, the booking must meet the minimum value of $99. If you are a Provider with a connected payment account, the reward may be transferred as cash; otherwise, it is added as credits.
For Referees (Clients): Receive $25 in credits upon completing the first qualifying booking.
Referral Method: Referrers must use unique referral links or codes provided by BODEWRK to track referrals.
Unlimited Rewards: There is no limit to the number of client referrals a user can make.
Program Duration: Subject to the program start and end dates, and can be turned on or off at BODEWRK's discretion.
Reward Structure: Earn $75 in credits when the referred provider (referee) completes their first booking within 30 days of signup.
Eligibility for Reward: The referee must complete their first booking within 30 days of signup. If you are a Provider with a connected payment account, the reward may be transferred as cash; otherwise, it is added as credits.
For Referees (Providers): Receive $75 in credits (and a cash transfer if a connected payment account is set up) upon completing the first booking.
Referral Limit: Referrers can refer up to 10 Providers.
Referral Method: Referrers must use unique referral links or codes provided by BODEWRK to track Provider referrals.
Program Duration: Subject to the program start and end dates, and can be turned on or off at BODEWRK's discretion.
Reward Structure: Providers earn a $100 bonus (credits, with cash transfer if a connected payment account is set up) upon completing their 5th booking within 90 days of signup.
Eligibility: The bonus is awarded automatically when conditions are met.
Reward Fulfillment: Rewards are processed upon booking completion and typically fulfilled within 30 days. Credits are added to your account; cash transfers (for Providers) are made via your connected payment method.
Fraud and Abuse: BODEWRK reserves the right to disqualify any user who attempts to manipulate or abuse the referral system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, self-referrals, or any fraudulent activities.
Changes to the Program: BODEWRK may modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the BODEWRK platform.
Taxes: All rewards are subject to applicable taxes, and participants may be required to provide tax information or pay any taxes due upon receipt of rewards.
Privacy: Participation in this program involves sharing personal information. BODEWRK will handle this information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Disputes: Any disputes regarding the program will be resolved by BODEWRK in its sole discretion.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By participating in the BODEWRK Referral Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the referral program.
